Student Empowerment

The Institute for Student Empowerment was created to assist school districts throughout the United States develop best practices for students and teachers. Through years of research and observation we have identified and implemented proven strategies that decrease dropout and increase graduation rates. Our dynamic teacher effectiveness training sessions, focus on "Relationship building," a critical aspect of the teaching/learning paradigm.

As a "Best Practice" organization for the Omaha Public School System, we specialize in teacher/student training. Our motto:"How can they teach, lest they be taught," recognizes the deep desire teachers have to be successful in the classroom, and at the same time, understands the limitations experienced by teachers who don't possess the tool/skills necessary for handling at-risk behavior.
